My childhood on a cattle ranch gave me a multitude of experiences, many of which I have incorporated in my first Young Adult book, titled "Fire on Black Mountain." I also write a bi-weekly column for the Porterville Recorder, "Daunt to Dillonwood."

Let's get serious
Tonight, I took the first chapter of my Young Reader book, Fire on Black Mountain, to our critique group. It is time to get serious about finishing the process of creating a book, and getting it published.
